Description Our client is a well established Controls Systems Integration firm. They are seeking an Account Manager / Business Developer in the Northern California area.
Their team of talented engineers provides solutions to clients in several industries. They are seeking a successful Account Manager / Business Developer to market their abilities within their focus industries. The ideal candidate will be energized by the prospect of selling exceptional projects and consulting services, and will possess some knowledge of process control systems (DCS, PLC, HMI, and SCADA).

Your primary focus will be to close sales while supporting the profitable growth of the company. You will balance your time between prospecting through cold calling and networking, managing the relationship with current clients, and creating and delivering sales presentations.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated interest and ability in developing relationships with partners, clients, and co-workers.
- Bachelors degree, preferably in engineering
- 5-7 years of progressive success, selling to multiple levels, from technical clients through senior management
- Must be currently located in the Northern CA area and able to travel (mostly Regional)
