Connections with manufacturers and retailers that purchase textiles
Knowledge of the textile market, both domestic and import.
Super seller - Knowledge of merchandise marketing; Branded exposure a plus
Proven background and track record
Experienced with recruiting and working with independent sales reps
Able to travel 30% in the beginning
Personality, Charm and Grace and being a Team player with integrity a must.

Developing and maintaining a marketing and sales program
Knowledge and Controls of past, current and future Line Stocks
Maintaining the costs and profit margins
Monitoring the Sales Reps expertise and sales results
Motivating and training of the Sales Reps
Planning and scheduling all trade shows both Domestically and Internationally.
Coordinating and or Monitoring all the phases and stages from of sale to the buyer receiving the merchandise and getting paid as agreed to.
Be fully aware of the changing designs from basics to High Fashion potentials.
Must have dynamic sales presentation skills with excellent follow up
