Will work for a U.S. based global manufacturer of a secondary packaging machinery that is looking for two, West Coast, regional sales types.
Person will work from their home and manage an established sales territory (NW territory includes Western Canada, WA, OR, ID, MT and WY / SW territory includes, CA, NV, AZ, CO, NM and UT.) selling secondary packaging equipment and integrated solutions direct to variety of food end users (cookies, crackers, cakes, pizza, bread, waffles, ice cream, cheese and meat products). The job will entail 60% account management and 40% hunting with 60% travel needed to visit customers, work trade shows and attend conferences.
Prefer someone living in either Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City and/or Phoenix.
BA/BS desired but not mandatory, coupled with a minimum of 5 to 10 years proven sales experience selling integrated/automated solutions direct to end users. Must have a track record of new business development, account management and solution selling. Knowledge of the baking and/or meat processing industry is desired.
