This opportunity is for a
Paradigm Team Leader
on site at our client. As an employee of Productive Resources, you will coordinate and support the application of the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) at the unit level for new product development and product upgrade programs.
Drive Paradigm program schedules utilizing the Agile/Scrum Process.
Facilitate the Daily Team Scrum of Scrum and Leadership Scrum meetings.
Review the PSI and Sprint progress to ensure coordination and support of the program milestones.
Communicate program adjustments to schedule as needed in Leadership Scrum.
Facilitate a cross-functional FOCUS Product Owner team.
Coordinate the effort of all functional groups using Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) to ensure that the product program goals are met.
Work with the PLT and development teams to ensure understanding and coordination of key project benchmarks, milestones and critical path.
Coordinate change management process activities, utilizing the backlog to identify and elevate change requests.
Accountable for facilitating actual work assignments and impediment management.
Facilitate a team schedule that supports the project schedule.
Work with the Project Manager to develop a high-level master schedule that the team schedule will support.
Maintain a backlog from all functions that supports the milestones and allows team members to see how their contribution affects the outcome.
Manage commitment from Product Owners to support the schedule.
Understand the Product Scope in the team area and how it relates to the customer. Ensure that the scope is met through team activity and alignment.
Call and facilitate effective weekly team meetings.
See that an agenda and notes are published.
Invite team support resources to meetings as needed.
Communicate and share information with the appropriate individuals using a shared distribution list and/or Jama stream.
Maintain PLT sponsor communication.
Communicate to the PLT regularly the team’s issues and concern.
Guide team to understand problems, supported by data and provide recommendations to the PLT.
Track the team’s metrics (Quality, Cost, Performance, Schedule, Investment).
Make sure all critical issues are on the team issues list (Remedy).
Submit a monthly status / metrics report.
Challenge assumptions in every area.
Submit lessons learned.

MIS or Technology 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
Exposure and awareness of Agile processes.
3+ years working experience with Agile.
