My client, a leading supplier of industrial robots and automation systems with a strong presence across Asia, Europe and the Americas is looking for a talented Marketing Specialist. This is an opportunity to work with an established industry leader in the industrial automation and robotic tools automation space.
The right candidate will be a detail focused professional who will assist in all aspects of Marketing operations, including sales support, brand awareness build, lead generation, and customer communication & relations.
This opportunity is for a career marketing professional who has a great eye for layout, is detail oriented, well versed in copywriting (both short and long) for various media and is excited by the sheer variety and opportunity this position offers.
The successful candidate will be deeply involved supporting the Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of marketing programs through content creation, digital lead generation, sales collateral and presentations, corporate website, social media, print advertising, trade shows, etc.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Development, creation and distribution of sales support materials
Copywriting and design of marketing materials which include presentations, brochures, articles, press releases, company newsletter, event announcements, advertisements, etc.
Website content creation and update of corporate website using CMS tool
Help drive online traffic campaigns through digital marketing campaigns
Lead nurturing and follow up using email marketing tool
Gather competitive data, build database and comparison sales tools
Assist with market research
Creation of content, copywriting and administration of company’s social media channels
Planning, preparation and execution of both lead gen. events, such as industry trade shows, and customer support events, such as seminars and distributor conferences
Maintain artwork files, advertising files and sales tools library
Assist in the development and maintenance of customer database
Sourcing of promotional items
Successful candidates should possess:
Related college degree
5 years minimum experience in B2B marketing and related activities
Strong proofreading, grammar and copywriting skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good project management skills
A strong appreciation of the importance of completing tasks on deadline
The ability to graphically design/layout both internal and external communication pieces – not at a graphic designer level but at a marketing professional level
Creative and innovative
Computer software knowledge required to perform duties: MS Office PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, video creation software
Must have the ability to travel out-of-state approximately 15%
Must have the physical capability of assisting in creation and building of trade show stand
