The position of Director of Marketing is with a large non-profit (faith-based) Continuing Care Retirement Community with independent living units. This position will provide marketing support, direction, training, assessment and leadership to 2 different facilities near Toledo and Cleveland. Will partner with the Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Marketing and the directors of each of the two facilities.
Duties of the position are; Optimize community census, financial results and resident satisfaction; Reach untapped market potential; Develop, maintain and execute a detailed marketing and sales plan; Be a large part of community by planning and executing events and programs; Develop and recommend pricing strategies.
REQUIRED: At least 5 years of proven sales and marketing in Long Term Care Independent Living Home and Apartments. Must have experience on a large campus.
