My growing client is looking for an analytical Client Services Manager in the Mercer County area of New Jersey.
My client is an in-store promotion startup that utilizes an advanced proprietary technology to mine grocery retailers' transaction and frequent shopper data to deliver targeted, relevant communications to shoppers.
You as the Client Services Manager would demonstrate our national text messaging capabilities to reach and influence consumer purchase behavior.
You have had success with promotional marketing working for a manufacturer, agency or retailer
The ideal candidate would be an analytical, detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of promotional marketing as it relates to targeted BTB and BTC brand communications.
You ideally have experience in translating brand strategies into actionable campaigns, analyzing their performance and presenting results to brand marketers.
You have successfully translated brand analyses into campaign plans, designed to achieve brand objectives
You will work alongside salespeople, marketers, and members of the Client Service and Operation departments.
The Client Services Manager key responsibilities will consist of the following:
You will work side-by-side with internal sales reps, develop brand campaigns to achieve clients’ requirements.
You have been responsible for designing target marketing initiatives, direct mail or retail promotions.
We will count on you to resolve effective offers and targeting items utilizing our proprietary data mining software.
You will also be expected to lead targeting and program information to ensure proper execution of campaigns.
You ensure that campaigns start on time and are run and executed according to plan
We expect you to collaborate with third-party targeting companies to resolve targeting/ issuance rate concerns and to request additional data, when needed, for further analysis.
The Client Services Manager monitors internal reporting during campaign periods to ensure execution is in line with to brand expectations. Offer recommendations to improve campaign performance.
You have the experience to analyze category volume and offer suggestions to sales reps to address and pursue brands’ sales opportunities and threats.
We rely on you to translate findings from brand analyses into campaign plans, designed to achieve brand objectives.
You develop campaign review presentations for sales reps containing an analysis of promotion and post-period data.
We rely on you to establish policies and procedures to improve current processes.
The ideal Client Services Manager skills set should meet the following minimum requirements:
5 – 10 years of promotional marketing experience working for a manufacturer, agency or retailer
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Experience in crafting target marketing initiatives, direct mail or retail promotions
Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Working knowledge of databases
