A $40+ million a year, Battle Creek, MI based packaging equipment and consumables distributor is looking for a proven business development leader that can come on board and work directly for and with the Owner / President of the company to drive new business development by creating brand awareness within the market and developing statistically / metric based sales training tools to improve a dedicated sales staff.
Will directly manage a staff of 4 and indirectly manage a staff of 10.
BA degree is a must, MBA is highly desired coupled with 5 to 10 years of strategic market / business development experience coupled with direct sales management and a track record of market penetration. Experience in packaging machinery, warehouse automation and / or packaging materials would be a plus.
